Synergy Group promotes Paulette Robinson to Canberra office leader
Homegrown management consulting firm Synergy Group has appointed Paulette Robinson as the new managing partner of its head office in Canberra.
Paulette Robinson has been with Synergy Group for over a decade, joining after an earlier career with the Big Four in Australia and abroad.
Credited with having been instrumental in developing Synergy Group’s culture and values during her time with the firm, Robinson in her new role will be responsible for all strategy, planning, business and operations for the consultancy’s Canberra office.
A business accounting and management graduate of the University of New England, Robinson first joined Synergy in 2012 from KPMG, before which she spent over a decade between PwC and Deloitte – including two and a half years with the latter in Los Angeles.
A leader in strategic delivery, Robinson has developed a deep understanding of governance frameworks and performance during her 25-year career.
Built and based in Canberra since 1999, Synergy Group is Australia’s largest professional services firm outside of the Big Four companies, with a headcount of over 500. The company provides strategic, consultancy, project and managed services to the federal government.
The chief executive of Synergy Group, Robert Kennedy will continue to drive the group’s strategic initiatives, national expansion, and growth in Federal Government services.
