Julian Lim has been with Slalom since 2021 and has swiftly made his mark by spearheading customer-centric initiatives and delivering transformative outcomes. His dedication to Slalom’s purpose – to empower individuals and organisations to dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows for all – resonates deeply as he steps into this leadership role.

Lim’s track record includes helping companies in their net zero journey, supporting companies with digital transformation, and working with government to deploy modern solutions that improve the lives of all Australians, demonstrated in Slalom’s recent selection by the Australian Bureau of Statistics as the partner for Census 2026.

Alongside his client work, Lim is a champion of work-life balance and integration, creating an inclusive workplace culture where individuals thrive. His leadership, enriched by personal experiences, inspires teams to bring their authentic selves to work, resulting in enhanced customer experiences and partnerships.

Radhini Sivanathan (or ‘Rads’ as she’s widely known) joined Slalom in 2020 and has since made an important contribution to the firm’s growth in Australia.

Leveraging her industry and global consulting background (at PwC), Sivanathan has helped grow Slalom’s offerings across Melbourne, Sydney, and Auckland. The Business Advisory team she leads offers multi-disciplinary expertise in strategy, customer and employee experience, operations, ESG, and modern delivery, working with major clients from industries like retail and healthcare.

Looking forward, Sivanathan is dedicated to expanding Slalom’s market presence and footprint, delivering end-to-end transformations within the public and private sectors, while solidifying Slalom’s reputation as an inclusive workplace (the firm ranked #1 on the latest AFR BOSS Best Places to Work in Australia list for medium-size organisations).

Globally, US-headquartered Slalom has over 11,000+ team members in eight countries and has close partnerships with leading technology providers, including AWS, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Tableau.
