Nora Fraser launches DEI specialist Equi Consultancy Partners
Equi Consultancy Partners, founded by Nora Fraser, has officially launched its operations. The Brisbane-headquartered startup is dedicated to reshaping diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) strategies at organisations in Australia and beyond.
With a focus on corporate and government services, Equi Consultancy Partners aims to help its clients create inclusive workplaces where individuals can thrive. The firm works closely with clients to attract, hire, and retain diverse talent while fostering a sense of belonging and authenticity in the workplace.
"Our purpose is to create workplaces that champion diversity, foster equity, and promote inclusion,” Fraser said. “We empower organisations with the tools and strategies they need to create more inclusive and equitable workplaces.”
Alongside advisory services, Equi Consultancy Partners offers the PowerUp DEIB Business Suite, a suite of self-paced, on-demand courses and learning pathways curated by expert DEIB educators and strategists. This suite provides clients with LinkedIn-shareable certificates and SHRM and HRCI credits as they advance.
Fraser, who brings experience from top-tier organisations such as PwC, has successfully led diversity and inclusion programmes for global corporations across Australia, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
“Having worked at the highest levels of top organisations, I've seen the gaps in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging firsthand,” she said. “Equi Consultancy Partners was founded to address these shortcomings and deliver tailored solutions that help organisations create truly inclusive environments.”
Headquartered in Australia, Equi Consultancy Partners launches with a global presence, with team members in Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. “Our team is the heart of our success. We have assembled a group of highly skilled and experienced consultants who are dedicated to delivering outstanding results for our valued clients.”
Supporting business for good
Beyond her corporate work, Fraser is a dedicated volunteer with inclusion-focused organisations and serves as a mentor to professionals, contributing to the development of the next generation of leaders.
“At Equi Consultancy Partners, we believe in making a meaningful impact beyond our consulting work. That’s why a portion of our revenue is invested in social enterprises committed to creating positive change in the world. By supporting these initiatives, we contribute to causes that align with our values and our mission to drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.”
