Anna Beacom and Angus Kizil join mining consultancy RPMGlobal
Mining consultancy RPMGlobal has expanded its team in Australia with the addition of Anna Beacom and Angus Kizil.
Appointed Principal Environmental Advisor, Anna Beacom brings over 14 years of experience in the environmental profession, including working on large-scale multi-disciplinary projects for the Queensland Government environmental regulator and the petroleum, mining, and civil infrastructure industries.
Beacom has wide knowledge of environmental approval processes and requirements, project management, and in developing and implementing environmental management and compliance systems.
She joins RPM Global from the Department of Environment, Science and Innovation (DESI), where she spent close to a decade. Before that, Beacom worked at engineering groups.
Joining RPMGlobal as a Principal Consultant, Angus Kizil has over 7 years of experience in financial services and technical mining engineering, specialising in the intersection between the two domains. His expertise includes financial modelling and analysis, mine resilience assessment, commodity market intelligence and analysis, as well as buy-side and sell-side equity research.
Kizil previously worked as a Senior Analy at rail-based freight operator Aurizon, where he focused on market intelligence for commodities. Before that, he worked for Queensland Pacific Metals (a subsidiary QPM Energy) and gained experience in the consulting industry with Brisbane-based Xenith.
Headquartered in Brisbane, RPMGlobal is an international mining consultancy with offices in major mining hubs worldwide. Last week, the firm was named among Australia’s leading mining consultancies.
