BDO has kicked off the month of April with four new partners, bolstering the firm’s capabilities in deal advisory, tax, and technology-driven business transformations.

Patrick Burke has joined as a partner in the Deal Advisory team in Melbourne, bringing over 18 years of experience. He brings a track record in leading large-scale transformations, digital programs, separations, integrations, and value creation initiatives across diverse sectors.

Stefanie Bradley, who brings over 20 years of experience, also joins the Melbourne office as part of the Advisory team, bringing expertise in organisational transformation, change management, and large technology implementation projects

“Patrick and Stefanie’s extensive experience in strategic advisory and transformation will further enhance our capabilities in the Melbourne office,” said Victoria office managing partner David Garvey. “Their leadership will be pivotal in delivering tailored, high-impact solutions for our clients, particularly in the public sector and large corporates.”

Patrice Farmer has been appointed as a Corporate & International Tax Partner in the Sydney office of BDO. She has extensive experience in all major areas of Australian corporate tax, including tax governance, M&A advisory, and compliance services, particularly within the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.

Also new to the Sydney office is Adam Quigley, an expert in technology-enabled change management, who is a member of the People Advisory team within the Consulting business. With over 17 years of experience, Quigley has worked on large-scale ERP transformations, particularly in sectors such as energy, natural resources, and higher education.

NSW office managing partner Grant Saxon commented, “Both Patrice and Adam bring strong skills and networks to BDO and complement our growing team. By bolstering BDO’s existing capability in both tax and change management, we can appeal to an even wider set of clients; which will be crucial to furthering our growth and service offerings.”

In Australia, BDO has over 300 partners. They oversee a business that generates over $500 million in revenues.
