Technology consultancy NTT Data has filled a number of key regional positions through the hires of Angeline Maronese, Martin Dube and former DXC New Zealand leader Michael Kirkaldy.

Angeline Maronese joins NTT Data in Sydney as vice president of go-to-market for cloud & security after spending the past eighteen months leading go-to-market for Accenture’s AWS business, a return to the firm after previously serving as Industry X.0 lead New South Wales. In between, she was A/NZ managing director at Rackspace Technology, with earlier time also spent at DXC.

Maronese reunites with Martin Dube in Sydney, with Dube having previously served at Rackspace as head of public cloud services for Asia Pacific & Japan. He crosses after a brief stint as regional CTO at Rimini Street, with senior leadership roles at Oracle, Cisco, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and Capgemini also featuring on a resume dating back for more than two and half decades.

Michael Kirkaldy joins NTT Data as country sales director out of Wellington following five years at DXC Technology, including the past two as New Zealand country leader. Prior to that, he headed up the firm’s local public sector business, before which he spent time at IBM over two stints, respectively with a focus on government and telecommunications, with seven years at Spark NZ in between.

NTT Data recently celebrated the first anniversary of its current formation following the restructure of its Japanese parent, with David McKeering recruited from PwC as A/NZ CEO and former Crowe Australasia managing director John Lombard leading the firm’s Asia Pacific region.

Part-way into his current tenure, McKeering stated, “One of the most exciting aspects of joining has been discovering the breadth of capabilities we offer. After engaging with our local and global teams, my excitement has only grown. We are among the few companies worldwide which deliver full-stack modern IT services with industry and business relevance.”
