Accounting and consulting firm PKF has made four mid-year partnership promotions in Victoria and regional NSW, while also celebrating Evan Brownsmith’s step up to managing partner in Tamworth.

Chris Camenzuli and Sam Fraser have been promoted to partner within PKF’s business advisory services division in Melbourne, while Tania Marti-Warren (audit) and Kimberley Lisle have respectively been elevated in Tamworth and Walcha.

Also in Tamworth, Evan Brownsmith has been transitioning over recent months into the role of managing partner, taking over from long-time leader Brian Wall. PKF’s Tamworth and Walcha offices are grouped together under ‘New England North West’.

“These promotions reflect the strength of our internal pipeline and the incredible depth of talent we have across the network,” said national chair Steve Meyn. “As PKF continues to expand its footprint and deepen its capabilities across Australia, these appointments mark an exciting new chapter, underscoring the firm’s long-standing belief that people are its greatest asset.”

Chris Camenzuli
Camenzuli has been with PKF since 2011, where he serves SME clients on tax and business structuring through to succession planning, including those in the hospitality, construction, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.

Sam Fraser
Fraser first joined PKF in 2012, spending altogether a decade at the firm split by a stint as chief financial officer for ASX-listed Forbidden Foods. Since rejoining in 2023, Fraser has continued to advise clients on complex financial matters.

Tania Marti-Warren
An experienced auditor serving clients in sectors including education and healthcare, Marti-Warren joined PKF’s Tamworth office earlier this year after spending two decades with PKF in South Africa, where she had been a partner since 2007.

Kimberley Lisle
A long-time advisor in PKF’s Walcha office, which sits between Tamworth and Port Macquarie, Lisle was noted by the firm for her deep roots in the New England community and a hands-on, empathetic approach to client relationships.

Evan Brownsmith
Meanwhile, the firm’s Tamworth office will now be headed by business advisory leader Evan Brownsmith, who steps up to managing partner after joining the firm a little over a decade ago following an earlier accounting career-start in Newcastle.

Brownsmith’s transition into the role has been ongoing for the past six months, with long-serving New England North West managing partner and veteran regional accountant Brian Wall having originally joined the firm as a partner in 2002.
