Moore appoints six directors and associate directors in Australia
Accounting and consulting firm Moore has promoted David Considine and Katherine Gardner to director in its mid-year round, while four individuals step up to associate director.
A specialist in debt advisory, Considine joined Moore’s Melbourne office in 2018 after a career in the banking sector, while Gardner has been with the firm in Perth for the past eight years and is currently a member of its CFO advisory division.
In addition, Considine’s debt advisory office colleague Alex Cann has been promoted to associate director, alongside Jamie Arrington (business advisory), Linda White (wealth management), and Ben Leditschke (agriculture) in Geelong, Perth, and Launceston.

New directors
David Considine supports public companies and medium-to-large family-owned businesses on debt strategy options across all stages of the funding cycle, including as to solutions for acquisitions, growth, and restructuring. He held a number of senior positions at numerous banks prior to joining Moore, including most recently at Bankwest.
Katherine Gardner joined Moore in Perth in 2018, originally in the area of audit before helping to develop its local CFO offering, through which she supports clients of various stripes from private companies through to non-profits with business advisory, financial management, reporting & compliance, performance improvement, and strategic decision-making.
Associate directors
Alex Cann has been a member of Moore’s debt advisory team in Melbourne since 2023 after starting his career with four years at NAB. He advises businesses and individuals on debt strategy, lending structures, and other finance solutions with a particular focus on the property development and manufacturing sectors.
Jamie Arrington joined Moore in Geelong last year after leading the accounting division of a local boutique, and provides tax, SMSF, and business advisory in areas such as structuring, compliance and succession planning for SMBs and family enterprises locally and across Australia, drawing on her decade and half of experience.
Linda White joined Moore two years ago after starting her career in 2006 at Nexia in Perth (which recently became a part of Horizon Nexus Partners) and then working at a number of local accounting boutiques in between. She provides superannuation compliance and tax advice to high wealth individuals and families.
Ben Leditschke spent over two and half decades working in Tasmania’s agronomy and advisory industry before joining Moore’s agribusiness practice in 2023, where he advises local farming families and those in regional Victoria in areas such as strategic and business planning, succession, and ESG and sustainability reporting.
