Adelaide accountancy and advisory firm Perks appoints four Associate Directors
Adelaide-based accounting and advisory firm Perks has appointed four Associate Directors across its Tax Consulting, Accounting & Business Services and People Solutions teams.
The appointments recognise the expertise and client commitment of Roy Abbas, George Papanicolaou, Megan Kivell and Collette Ordish across their core service areas of taxation, accounting and business advisory, recruitment and human resources consulting.

Following the appointments, Perks now has 43 Directors and Associate Directors – together they lead a team of more than 250 people.
Roy Abbas has built his career within taxation-focused roles and brings extensive experience across both corporate tax compliance and specialist tax advisory services. He works closely with medium to large organisations, advising on corporate taxation matters including tax effect accounting, tax consolidations, group tax reviews, tax due diligence and Fringe Benefits Tax.
A Chartered Tax Adviser and Chartered Accountant, he leads the firm’s Fringe Benefits Tax advisory offering.
George Papanicolaou has more than 16 years of experience advising businesses across a broad range of industries, with particular expertise in the property and construction sector. He works with business owners to navigate growth, increasing tax complexity and key business decisions.
His expertise spans taxation, accounting and South Australian state taxes, with extensive experience advising on property transactions, restructures, tax-effective structuring and asset protection strategies.
Megan Kivell joined Perks in 2022 and has built a track record for helping organisations source and secure talent across South Australia through a thorough and recruitment process. Drawing on her background in accounting, finance and specialist recruitment, she partners with organisations across a broad range of industries to recruit accounting professionals, executives and senior leaders.
Her experience spans ASX-listed companies, international corporations, small and mid-sized businesses, not-for-profit organisations and local government.
Collette Ordish has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and organisational development. She advises organisations on organisational development, leadership capability, employee engagement and workforce strategy, helping leaders navigate complex people challenges and build high-performing workplace cultures.
She is particularly recognised for her work in executive and leadership development, organisational capability and culture transformation, partnering with boards, executive teams and managers to drive organisational success.
