ThreeSixty Supply Chain Group strengthens leadership team with Robert Charles
Melbourne-headquartered ThreeSixty Supply Chain Group has strengthened its executive leadership team with the appointment of Robert Charles as Chief Operating Officer.
Charles brings more than 30 years of supply chain and logistics experience to the firm, in areas as management, infrastructure establishment, people development and operational expertise across 3PL, transport and logistics.
His career spans across three of the industry’s most recognised names. At TNT, he gained broad exposure across Australian domestic transport, from fashion apparel and computer delivery to road express and air freight. He then spent 16 years at Toll – including two years in the United States – leading operations across retail, healthcare, and FMCG industries.
Most recently, Charles served as Head of Contract Logistics Oceania at Maersk, where he built and scaled a contract logistics operation in a near start-up environment, with a strong focus on fashion, retail, e-commerce and consumer goods.
In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Charles will be developing supply chain solutions, focusing on strategic direction, people development, solution design and execution. Reflecting on his move, he said that joining ThreeSixty Supply Chain Group is an exciting opportunity to add more value to customers’ supply chains, and make sure solutions are the right, bespoke answer for customers.

Founded in Victoria in 2018, ThreeSixty Supply Chain Group has grown to more than 30 staff across Australia, New Zealand, the US and the Philippines. The consulting firm provides services spanning inventory planning, network strategy, warehouse design and automation, technology implementation, and operational optimisation.
