Tranzformd achieves rare back-to-back entries on Deloitte Fast 50 list

Organisational and digital transformation consultancy Tranzformd has maintained its growth momentum with a second consecutive appearance on Deloitte’s Australian Tech Fast 50 list.

Established in 2021, Tranzformd has followed up last year’s sixth place on Deloitte’s annual tech sector growth awards rankings to land at 39th courtesy of a 2025 financial year CAGR of 179 percent, achieving a rare feat for a consultancy of its kind.

According to Tranzformd, which last year teamed up with tech and business recruitment agency Talenza to form the Transformation Group, the back-to-back Fast 50 accolades demonstrate the viability of its independent model and quality of its services.

“We’re proving that an owner-operated consultancy can compete with and often outperform the traditional consulting model in the new age of consulting,” said co-founder and CEO Andrew Sully. “Our clients value the direct accountability, experience and agility that comes from working with a firm where the owners are personally invested in every engagement.”

Based out of Sydney with outlets in Brisbane and Melbourne and a team of around 30 advisors, Tranzformd operates across three key, interlinked specialities – transformation design and delivery, technology & data strategy, and organisational change – and serves clients across industries, including those in the energy, healthcare, construction and public services sectors.

Tranzformd says that being owner-operated unlike most consulting firms of its scale allows for faster decision-making, deeper client relationships, and a more entrepreneurial approach to solving complex transformation challenges – aspects which the firm contends have become increasingly valued by enterprises navigating change in a rapidly evolving business and advisory landscape.

“The consulting industry is shifting,” concludes Sully, who originally co-founded Talenza in 2017. “Clients are tired of being handed off to junior teams. They want partners who have skin in the game and can move at the speed of business. That’s exactly what we deliver, and sustaining this level of growth over consecutive years demonstrates that our model works.”

Deloitte compiles its Fast 50 rankings based on revenue growth over the previous three years, with Tranzformd last year making sixth spot on the back of a CAGR of 1,452 percent. Notable recent Fast 50 success stories from the consulting sector include MF & Associates, which is now a part of Fujitsu, and cybersecurity firm Tesserent, which was picked up by Thales for $176 million.
