Digital experience platform Sitecore has recognised just over 300 individuals globally as Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs), including a trio at Deloitte Digital, the technology consulting wing of Deloitte.

Now in its fourteenth year, Sitecore’s MVP program honours individuals who have gone above and beyond to support Sitecore clients with service excellence, and the Sitecore community with educational product content and invaluable feedback.

Individuals in 30+ countries received a Most Valuable Professional recognition, across four categories: Technology MVPs, Strategy MVPs, Commerce MVPs and Ambassador MVPs.

Cam Walker and Troy Outtram of Deloitte Digital were recognised as Ambassador MVPs. The duo are by no means new faces to the MVP scene – this is Walker’s seventh consecutive year as an MVP and Outtram’s fifth year. Meanwhile, Rameez Akram, who joined Deloitte Digital last month, has been named a Commerce MVP for the third year in a row, and the only one in Australia.

Commenting on the recognitions, Jason Hutchinson, a partner at Deloitte Digital said: “Deloitte Digital is incredibly proud of our long-standing relationship with Sitecore. Together we have delivered some of the most complex, innovative and customer-driven projects for some of Australia’s largest businesses. Having a trio of MVPs enhances our already strong offer to the market.”

At a company level, Deloitte Digital has also been recognised as a Sitecore Platinum Integration Partner, the eighth consecutive year the firm has received the top tier recognition. Other Platinum partners include Accenture, Capgemini, Dentsu Digital, IBM, Rightpoint Consulting, Slalom Consulting (which last month launched in Australia) and Valtech.

Deloitte Digital is one of the fastest growing divisions of Deloitte Australia, which saw its revenues grow by 13% to $2.3 billion in its latest financial year. Deloitte Digital was launched in 2012, with Deloitte at the time one of the first consultancies to establish a separate Digital arm. Since, the likes of McKinsey, PwC and Bain have followed, with BDO even waiting until early this year to follow suit.

In a press release on the news, Scott Janney and Pieter Brinkman from Sitecore both congratulated Deloitte Digital on its continued ability to “demonstrate its depth and breadth” of Sitecore expertise.
