International management consultancy Nous Group has promoted a trio of its senior female consultants in Australia to Principal level.

All three new Principals have been with Nous Group for a number of years, and have earned their “well-deserved promotion” for their “demonstrated commitment to our clients and hard work”, said Tim Orton, Managing Director of the Melbourne-headquartered firm.

Brisbane-based Stefie Hinchy joined Nous Group in 2013 from Big Four firm PwC, and has since been part of the firm’s Education and Government practices. She has worked closely with university and government leaders to advise on policy across education, research, innovation and human services.

Her project experience includes conducting cost-benefit analyses, working closely with universities to ensure their offerings are attractive for international students, advising government executives on higher education, vocational education and training (VET), international education, research and innovation, including policy proposals for successful cabinet submissions, and designing and implementing performance improvement initiatives at universities.
