Professional services firm Synergy Group promotes 35 staff
Leading national professional services firm Synergy Group has kicked off 2021 with a bang, announcing that it has promoted a record number of 35 staff to the next level.
Founded in 1999, Synergy Group is one of Australia’s largest home grown professional services firms to the public sector. The firm provides a range of services to federal, central and local governments and public agencies, including strategic planning, program delivery, change management, creative, digital transformation, financial management, and resourcing and staffing solutions.
Effective the 1st of January 2021, Synergy Group has promoted staff across several of its practices and offices.
Celebrating a well-deserved promotion in the Advisory, Performance & Assurance division are Danny Seo, Sukriti Saxena, Deniz Gurpinar, Rhys Campbell, Shantha Siva, Ayush James and Nicholas Charalambous.
In the Program Delivery team, Zoe Holdenson, Sarah Baker, Karen Anderson, Alex Charge, Trevor Kay, Preety Wraich, David Nixon, Bec Gilby, Michael Hartnett, Beau Beckman and Pam Patten have been promoted to the next level. The Program Delivery unit specialises in helping clients guide a program or project from concept through to completion.
In its Digital & Technology division, Greg Angenent, Todd Winter, Ashlea McKay, Hae-Mee Hwang, Colin Hoekstra, Rooz Pooladvand, Melanie Murray, Brendon Jones and Chelsea Abel have been rewarded for their positive contribution over the past year. The Digital & Technology practice supports clients with digital transformation projects, including digitisation, robotic process automation, UX design, website development and data analytics.
In its creativeXpeople practice, Synergy Group has promoted Erica Graham, Lizzie Papadakis, Renee Fuller, Darcy McLeod, Corinne Steele, Alana Dalgleish and Rory O'Donnell to the next level. This practice helps clients with communications, advertising, marketing and interactive design, from concept to delivery.
Rounding off the thirty-five promotions, Anne Edwards has been promoted to Executive Director. She is a member of Synergy Group’s Defence, Strategy & Industry team, focused on serving national security enterprises at the Commonwealth and State level.
In the same year start promotion round, Synergy Group promoted Mandy Hill into its partnership.
