PKF appoints female partners in Sydney and Newcastle offices

In a boost to the gender diversity within its senior ranks, accounting and business advisory firm PKF has promoted four women into the partnership of its Sydney and Newcastle offices.

With over 750 staff operating from twelve offices across the country, PKF is one of Australia’s larger accounting-heritage professional services firms.

The privately-held firm is led by a partner group, with the latest crop of new partners announced at its summer promotion round seeing the partner team grow beyond the 90-mark. Among the fresh partners are four female leaders.

Christina Manfre, Kym Reilly, Madina Radinovich and Stacie Shaw

Christina Manfre has been with the firm for over nine years. She advises in a range of specialised areas, including operational and tax structuring, the CGT small business concessions, employee share schemes, financial forecasting and banking reports. She has also assisted numerous foreign entities establish business operations in Australia.

Additionally, Manfre has assisted many clients with transitioning their accounting and business procedures over to the cloud.

“Although becoming partner is undoubtedly a major achievement for myself, it is the opportunity to lead a team of such forward-thinking and innovative people that has been the greatest reward,” said Manfre on her step up to Equity Partner.

Kym Reilly has been with PKF for over a dozen years, advising clients across external audit, internal audit, risk and compliance, and forensics. Her experience extends to clients operating in manufacturing, property services, importation and distribution of motor vehicles, retail, engineering, food and beverage, hospitality and gaming and technology.

“Working alongside the best of the best in the audit space, it was clear to me who I wanted to become as a leader. This will always be a continuous journey in one’s career, but to achieve this milestone [Equity Partner] reaffirms that myself, and my team, are heading in the right direction” said Reilly.

Madina Radinovich and Stacie Shaw have been meanwhile been promoted to Salaried Partner (meaning they are part of the partner team but are not co-owners of the firm).

Edging over a decade at the firm, Radinovich provides advice on structure, tax, strategy and performance improvement within finance and accounting. She has during her tenure at the firm worked closely with a diverse range of businesses and high net-worth individuals from various industries.

Shaw has been with PKF for sixteen years, advising clients on topics with business advisory and the tax domain. She specialises in supporting the new design and implementation of process blueprint including systems integration and change.
