PKF promotes Boris Kresic to partner in Sydney office
Accounting and business advisory firm PKF has appointed Boris Kresic as a partner in its Sydney office.
Kresic has been with PKF since early 2019, and is a member of the firm’s specialist Taxation team in Sydney. He brings over 15 years of experience in tax compliance and consultancy services to the partnership.
His track record includes working with a wide range of clients, including public and private groups as well as high net worth individuals, on tax matters including mergers and acquisitions, international tax structuring, consolidation, taxation of trusts, property development, corporate restructures and managing ATO disputes.
Prior to joining PKF, Kresic spent time as a Director at the ATO where he led early engagement projects with large, privately owned and wealthy groups. He has also worked at PwC for six years across two spells and at Greenwoods & Freehills.
“Boris has a strong knowledge and understanding of tax law and commercial practice, specialising in bringing clarity to complex issues.
