PKF promotes Milica Wojno to partner in corporate finance team

PKF has promoted Milica Wojno to partner in its Corporate Finance practice.

A chartered accountant by background, Wojno brings over fifteen years of experience to PKF’s partnership. She has been with the mid-tier accounting and advisory network since November last year, having previously served HLB Mann Judd, KPMG and a number of boutique professional services firms.

The past seven years Wojno has focused on financial advisory and corporate finance services, in particular on business valuations. She has delivered dealmaking support across a range of clients, from start-ups to more-well-established business covering an array of industries.

Recent examples of Wojno’s work includes delivering numerous valuations of private and public entities, assisting a fund with the valuation of their portfolio, and advised the board of a listed mining company on the quantitative and strategic considerations of alternate sources of funding.

“Becoming a partner is a major career milestone for me, and I am so glad that I have achieved this with such a supportive team beside me,” said Wojno.

Based in Sydney, Wojno works closely with other senior PKF financiers, including senior partner Andrew Jones. Welcoming her to the now six-strong corporate finance partnership in Sydney, Jones said: “Milica has been instrumental in driving significant growth in the valuations practice over the past twelve months. She has built a strong referral base both internally and externally with outstanding client feedback.”
