L.E.K. Consulting promotes Ian Kershaw and Manoj Sridhar to partner
Global strategy and management consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting has appointed 22 new partners worldwide, two of which are based in Australia.
Based in Sydney, Ian Kershaw is a member of the Travel & Transport practice. He has been with the global consultancy his entire career, having joined L.E.K. Consulting in 2010 in the US, after which he relocated to Australia in 2013.
Kershaw advises clients on topics including strategy development, market analysis, competitive positioning, financial modeling, business improvement and cost reductions, mergers & acquisitions, customer experience, and commercial operations. he focuses on clients in the aviation (airports, airlines), public transport and rail sectors.
Based in the Melbourne office, Manoj Sridhar is a member of the Life Sciences & Healthcare practice. He has been with L.E.K. Consulting since 2017, having previously led a national research centre of Monash University developing early-stage immunotherapies and building academia-pharma partnerships to commercialise technologies. Before that, he worked at the Melbourne Centre for Nanofabrication.
Sridhar has expertise in strategy development, performance improvement and organisational design, and has advised pharmaceutical, medical technology and government clients on a range of strategy and merger & acquisition projects.
The partner appointments come hot on the heels of L.E.K. Consulting’s installation of a new managing partner for Australia. Stephanie Newey leads a team of 17+ partners and 150 staff nationally.
Beyond Australia, L.E.K. Consulting appointed 12 new partners in the United States, 3 in the United Kingdom, and a single new partner across its offices in China, Brazil, India, France, and Singapore.
