Mallory Pels joins senior team of Fifth Dimension in Melbourne
Market research and consumer intelligence firm Fifth Dimension has expanded its senior team with Mallory Pels.
Based in Melbourne, Mallory Pels brings close to fifteen years of experience in market research to the consulting firm, all gained at rival Klein (formerly TKP Market Research), where she grew the ranks from associate to senior partner.
During her career, Pels has worked across a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a keen interest in consumer behaviour and psychology. “I enjoy learning and understanding why people think, feel and behave the way they do,” she said.
At Fifth Dimension, Pels will help clients apply the (behavioural) insights they have of their clients to drive better outcomes for the business – and society. “I believe that by helping clients gain a deep understanding of their customer and market, businesses can make better decisions and implement informed, customer centric strategies.”
Pels will work on a number of key accounts in the Melbourne region and nationally. “I’m really excited to join Fifth Dimension and am looking forward to working with such a forward thinking, supportive team with such a strong client base,” she said.
Fifth Dimension works for clients including Coles, Westpac, HCF, Telstra, Foxtel, Colgate and the Commonwealth Bank.
