David McVeigh, Gemma Lynam and Tali Mackay partner at BDO
Part of its 17-member new partner crop per July 1st, BDO has promoted David McVeigh, Gemma Lynam and Tali Mackay to partner in the Advisory division. Meet new trio of new leaders.
David McVeigh is a member of the Corporate Finance practice, where he has a key focus on merger & acquisition and due diligence services. He has been with BDO since 2017 and operates out of its Brisbane office.

Gemma Lynam has considerable experience in corporate finance advice and, in particular, transaction-based work through her experience with initial public offerings and mid-market mergers and acquisitions. She joined BDO in 2010, and also is a member of the Corporate Finance practice and Brisbane team.

Tali Mackay is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience specialising in working with government public sector clients (including local government entities) to ensure efficient and effective financial management practices within their finance and reporting functions. Alongside her work as an advisor, she also holds in-house finance roles.
Brisbane-based Mackay has been with BDO for over 17 years and is a member of the Financial Management Consulting practice. “I’m delighted to be starting my new position as partner at BDO.”
