PKF promotes Chris Weatherall and Greg Grant-Smith to partner

National accounting and advisory firm PKF has promoted Chris Weatherall and Greg Grant-Smith to Executive Director/Partner. Both new partners operate out of the firm’s Sydney office.

Chris Weatherall has been with PKF for just over four years, now becoming a partner in the Corporate Finance practice. He previously worked for counterparts Moore Stephens and Mazars in Australia and the United Kingdom.

“Chris has consistently showcased his outstanding expertise and immense dedication. His substantial contributions to mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising deals have played a pivotal role in steering the team towards success, making him an invaluable asset to the firm,” said Andrew Jones, partner at PKF.

Greg Grant-Smith has been with PKF for five years, and is also a member of the Corporate Finance practice. He has significant experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory, divestments and capital raising across a range of industries including healthcare, resources, retail and distribution, financial services and agriculture.

Prior to serving PKF, he worked for PPB Advisory in its M&A team, after kicking off his career at local player CIB Accountants & Advisers.
