Luke Williamson joins management consultancy Parbery
Canberra-based management consultancy Parbery has strengthened its partner team with Luke Williamson.
The new partner brings close to three decades of experience to Parbery, including a distinguished career in the professional services industry with firms such as Accenture, EY, RSM and Aurecon.
Williamson’s track record includes helping organisations manage complexity, conceive new opportunities, and create more value for their stakeholders. He has tackled complex challenges across various sectors, including border security, national defence, health, human services, and the power and water industries.
In his new role, Williamson will lead the expansion of Parbery’s commercial services practice for government and select private sector clients nationwide. “I’m a month in already and thoroughly enjoying the experience of working with senior and skilled experts across the range of our advisory capabilities,” he said.
Asked why he chose to join Parbery, Williamson stated, “Parbery prides itself in authenticity as its core value, distinguishing itself as consulting’s authentic alternative. That’s the secret to delivering outstanding client experiences and attracting and retaining great talent, and Parbery has it in spades.”
Founded in 2017, Parbery currently has a team of around just under 60 staff. Williamson becomes the firm’s seventh partner.
“From the first conversation, Luke demonstrated an alignment with our values. His experience in growing a business ethically and sustainably, particularly putting people first, gave us confidence in trusting him with this position,” said Kylie Burnett, managing partner of Parbery.
Last year, Parbery was named one of the leading consulting firms in the defence industry at the Australian Defence Industry Awards.
