OCM promotes seven team members to next level
OCM has promoted seven members to the next level across its offices in Australia.
Established in 2009, OCM (O’Connor Marsden & Associates) is one of Australia’s larger homegrown management consultancy firms, with around 150 staff across six offices. Key areas of expertise include governance, risk & compliance, probity, procurement, supply chain, human resources, and assurance.
Pamela Robertson-Gregg, Managing Partner of OCM, said that the cohort of seven promotees reflects the firm’s continued growth over the past year, and celebrates the achievements of each of the team members.
Promoted to partner is Paul Gasiorowski, who brings more than 25 years of experience across a range of industries including government, energy, defence, health, education, and ICT to the partnership.
Previously at BDO, Adelaide-based Gasiorowski specialises in probity and procurement, having served as the lead probity advisor for multiple $1 billion programs.
In Sydney, the trio of Beth Nilan, Robert Waldersee and Yas Wickramasekera have been promoted to Associate Director, while Nilesh Raje has made the step up to Senior Manager.
Leena Pradhan is now a Principal in Melbourne, focusing on probity services, while James Turner (assurance) has been promoted to Manager in Brisbane.
“We are delighted to celebrate the promotion of these seven dedicated team members. Each promotion reflects their hard work, perseverance, and the positive impact they have had on our projects, clients and their teams,” said Robertson-Gregg.
“It is a privilege to work with such a talented team at OCM, and we look forward to their continued success and leadership in their new roles.”
In other developments at OCM, the award-winning consulting firm last month launched its inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan, describing the milestone as an integral part of its vision “for a more interconnected and sustainable future.”
