ArcBlue welcomes Chris Gardner to senior team in NSW
Asia Pacific procurement and supply chain consultancy ArcBlue has strengthened its Australian team with the addition of Chris Gardner.
Joining as a Director in the Sydney office, one of ArcBlue’s five offices in Australia, Chris Gardner will leverage his 20+ years in procurement and supply chain consulting to bolster the firm’s Cost Optimisation practice.
Gardner will support public and private sector clients in New South Wales on topics including procurement transformation and strategy, category management, sourcing-to-pay, procurement cost savings, and supplier relationship management.
Gardner most recently held the role of Managing Principal in the Procurement practice of Argon & Co, where he was responsible for developing and delivering the ANZ procurement service offering and sat on the ANZ leadership team.
He moved to Australia two years ago from Europe, where he held multiple leadership roles in the procurement functions of entertainment, packaging and media companies. He also spent over three years at 4C Associates, one of the UK’s leading procurement consultancies.

Gardner joins at a time of growth within ArcBlue, following its acquisition in 2022 by Bain & Company. The firm recently also saw its track record recognised by Consultancy Australia, achieving a Platinum-level ranking in Australia’s leading procurement consulting firms for 2024.
