Australian management consultancy Cube Group has announced the promotion of Kelly Rose to partner.

Since joining Cube Group at the start of 2023, Kelly has according to Cube Group “demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic insight, and a talent for bringing people together to solve complex challenges.”

Kelly’s work has been influential across sectors including early childhood, education, health, justice and human services. She brings a breadth of experience across Cube Group’s service lines including strategy, policy, transformation, implementation, and evaluation and review.

As the leader of Cube Group’s Transformation & Implementation practice, Kelly will continue to guide clients through complex reform and change processes with a focus on achieving practical, lasting results.

Kelly brings over 15 years of experience in consulting, public sector and leadership roles to the partnership. She has worked in government in strategic policy roles at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

In her previous role as a Director at Yamagigu Consulting, a First Nations owned and led consulting firm, Kelly worked alongside a range of Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, peak bodies and communities across Australia to implement reform and support meaningful change.

Kelly is an experienced non-executive director, having been a Board Director at a large early childhood provider. She currently sits on the Early Childhood Australia Victoria Committee.

“Kelly is a natural leader who embodies our values of curiosity, commitment, practicality, and generosity,” said Ben Schramm, Managing Partner. “Her elevation to partner is a testament to her outstanding contributions, and we look forward to seeing her continue to inspire and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and team.”

“Her promotion reinforces Cube Group’s unwavering commitment to addressing Australia’s most pressing social and economic challenges and leveraging our collective expertise to create a brighter, more inclusive future for all.”

She becomes the fourth partner at Cube Group, alongside Ben Schramm, Andrew Campbell, and Michael Maher, and will join the executive team.
