Moore makes three senior promotions across the country

Accounting and advisory firm Moore has made three new promotions, with Chris Dickie stepping up as a director and Natasia Capaldo and Jackie Slarks elevated to associate director.
Chris Dickie joined Moore in Perth back in 2008, and serves clients in the property & construction, retail, and hospitality sectors among others on tax, accounting and business development matters in areas such as strategic planning, compliance, and capital gains tax. He holds an accounting degree from the Auckland University of Technology.
“Chris’s promotion to director is a testament to his exceptional leadership and the trust he has built with clients,” stated James Tng, who last year took over as WA managing partner. His ability to connect with clients and deliver results has been integral to our success in Western Australia. We’re excited to see the continued value he’ll bring to the team and our clients in his new role.”
Natasia Capaldo has been with Moore in Adelaide since 2014 (joining under the former Hayes Knight banner), before which she spent three years with Deloitte Private, the Big Four’s mid-market business. She continues to support SMEs, family businesses and high net worth individuals with their financial planning and reporting needs, with a focus on the property and agriculture sectors.
A tax specialist, Jackie Slarks has two decades of industry experience, having started her career at Adelaide boutique Dewings in 2005 before later serving in KPMG’s Darwin office. She joined the local branch of Moore in 2019, and currently serves HNWIs and businesses in a variety of sectors, including those in real estate and construction, on a range of tax and superannuation matters.
“Jackie and Natasia have been instrumental in supporting our clients and driving growth in the region,” stated SA/NT managing director Grant Miles. “Their commitment to excellence and ability to foster meaningful relationships have made a significant impact on our team and clients. These promotions reflect their achievements and the trust they’ve built within our firm and the business community.”
