The consultancy firm, which specialises in organisational change, culture and transformation, and works with hundreds of clients globally across a range of sectors, such as media, financial services, healthcare, and the public sector, has nine offices globally including three in Australia – in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne.
As Q5 marks its 10th year of operations in Australia, the management consultancy has announced that Q5 Co-Founder Chris Parsons has been appointed Managing Partner for Australia and New Zealand, leading the next phase of development in the region. After a relocation to Australia in 2024, Parsons played a pivotal role in regional operations, driving a period of strong growth.
Q5 has also announced that Lyndal Hughes, who has guided the business over the past three years, will move into a new strategic role focused on expanding Q5’s market presence and driving growth in key sectors.
Following a 10-year tenure at the firm, Natalie Firth who currently leads Q5’s Global Organisation Design offering, working closely with leadership teams to set organisations up for long-term success, will bring her expertise to the ANZ market and will also help to lead the regional People function.
The Australian office has further welcomed Nalin Mehrotra, who will help drive operational effectiveness at clients, and brings strategic and financial consulting experience from his time working with Q5 across Australia, New Zealand, UK, Europe and the Middle East.
“Australia has always been such a core part of the Q5 family and I’ve been very honoured to be part of that story over the last year.
