Q5 welcomes Susie Mogg to Australian leadership team
Q5 has strengthened its Australian team with the appointment of Susie Mogg as Associate Partner, adding more than 25 years of experience across leadership, talent and executive development.
Susie’s career spans consulting and senior in-house roles in Sydney and London, where she has worked with leaders and organisations to strengthen performance through talent and leadership, executive development, coaching, culture and top team effectiveness.
She has held senior people and culture roles with organisations including Suncorp, Royal Bank of Scotland, DDI, Deloitte, EY, and most recently worked with Korn Ferry in Sydney.
At the heart of Susie’s work is a strong belief in the role people, leadership and culture play in organisational performance. She has worked with individual executives, senior leadership teams and organisations navigating complex change, helping leaders get to the heart of the challenges they face and build the capability needed to perform at their best.
Alongside her corporate career, Susie founded Resilience In, a resilience-building business working with children, parents, schools and workplaces. “This experience gave me a different perspective on how people respond to challenge and change, and the conditions that help individuals and teams grow and perform,” she says.
At Q5, an international management consulting firm that has been based in Australia since 2015, Susie will work with clients on topics such as talent management, leadership and executive development, coaching and team effectiveness.
“I partner with clients to solve complex business problems through a focus on development and culture. My purpose is simple: to help people reach their potential and enable organisations to succeed through their greatest asset – their people,” says Susie.
Chris Parsons, Partner at Q5, said: “Susie brings a fantastic combination of deep leadership and talent expertise, senior in-house experience and a real understanding of what it takes to help people and organisations perform. Her approach is very aligned with how we work at Q5: getting close to the challenge, working alongside our clients and combining expertise with a deeply human approach.”
“We’re thrilled to have her on board as we continue to grow our team and work with clients across Australia and New Zealand.”
