Q5 has appointed Kirsty Miller as Director in Melbourne and a member of its ANZ leadership team, strengthening its capabilities in workforce transformation, organisation design and people performance.
Kirsty Miller brings more than 15 years of experience helping organisations navigate complex workforce, organisational and transformation challenges. She works with senior leaders to align people, culture and ways of working with strategic priorities, enabling organisations to improve performance and deliver sustainable change.
Her expertise spans workforce strategy, organisation design, employee experience and culture transformation. Throughout her career, she has advised global, national and local organisations across professional services, retail, fast moving consumer goods, technology, healthcare, financial services and real estate.
Before joining Q5, Miller held senior workforce transformation and people leadership roles within the Wesfarmers Group, one of Australia’s largest ASX-listed conglomerates, as well as at two of the Big Four professional services firms.
As a member of Q5’s leadership team in Australia and New Zealand, Miller will support clients with addressing workforce challenges, strengthening organisational effectiveness and building the capabilities required for long-term success.
“I am delighted to join Q5,” said Miller. “Q5 is a business I have long admired for its strong culture, exceptional people and deep expertise. I look forward to building on the foundations already in place and supporting the business as it continues its journey to become Australia’s leading organisation design consultancy. It’s an exciting time for Q5, and I am thrilled to be part of the next chapter of growth.”
Chris Parsons, Managing Partner for Q5 in Australia, commented: “We are delighted to have Kirsty join our team to help spearhead our continued growth here in Australia. We are particularly excited that Kirsty brings fantastic retail and people & culture experience to our team that we know will be extremely valued by our clients.”
Q5 was founded in 2009 in the UK by five consultants, including current leaders Olly Purnell, Simon Rice-Oxley and Australia-based Parsons. The firm’s Australian business was launched eleven years ago and has since grown into one of the country’s leading organisational change consultancies.
