Auckland-based Radically Consulting officially expands to Australia
New Zealand-origin management and transformation consultancy Radically Consulting has officially expanded into Australia via an outlet in Melbourne and a team of locally-based advisors.
Established in Auckland in 2019 by Edwin Dando and Dan Teo, previously general managers at Kiwi IT consultancy Assurity, Radically Consulting focuses on organisational transformation and capability building via an agile, human-centred approach.
With local entity Bankwest and Trans-Tasman organisations such as Vodafone and Origin Zero among its client-roster, Radically has been active in Australia for some time, but has now officially launched in the Australian market via an outlet in Melbourne.
“Many Australian organisations are seeking ways to respond faster to change, build resilience, and unlock their people’s potential,” said chief customer officer Ben Doolan. “We believe that true transformation happens when leaders are empowered to drive change from within, and our role is to support, guide, and enable – not dictate. That’s what makes our approach different and effective.”
That approach, says Radically, includes working side-by-side with senior executives to solve complex challenges and co-create solutions without a reliance on set formulas, its team of leadership, agile, and organisational design experts instead focusing on collaboration and innovation to design better operating models, improve delivery, and build lasting capability.

In addition to its range of services grouped around operating model, agile delivery, enterprise planning, and human-centred transformation, Radically also offers ongoing support through a managed services model, along with a number of onsite or in-person training and skills development courses for professional Scrum Masters, product owners, and facilitators.
Meanwhile, alongside Doolan, Radically’s Melbourne-based advisors include associate partner and senior consultant duo Katherine Tremellen and Amanda Low, the former who was previously head of Agile at AIA and coaching team lead at ANZ, and the latter who has stints at Accenture and Boston Consulting Group under her belt along with international experience as an independent.
