Jade Davenport and Jaye Smith partner at Callida Consulting
Canberra-based public sector consultancy Callida Consulting has appointed two new partners.
Jade Davenport has been with Callida Consulting for nearly nine years, having joined the firm from digital consultancy Oakton (now part of NTT), where she spent five years. Earlier in her career she gained Big Four experience at PwC.
The 41-year old has extensive experience in finance and financial systems consulting, and has spent most of her time at Callida Consulting advising Commonwealth departments. Most recently, Davenport worked on a large-scale change programme at the Department of Defence focused on improving and optimising the financial (SAP) systems administration and information management services, holding a senior role on the team.
Davenport also has experience with business planning & budgeting, internal audit, financial viability reviews, the technical development of SAP BW reporting solutions, and change management including change interventions and end-user training.
Jaye Smith has joined Callida Consulting externally as a partner with the task of establishing and growing the firm’s new Policy and Program Delivery offering. He previously served the federal Department of Health as a First Assistant Secretary of the Aged Care Group.
Smith brings over fifteen years of public sector expertise to the consulting firm. His track record includes leading teams to deliver outcomes in complex policy and program environments across the central government, state governments and the not for profit sectors.
