Pollen Consulting Group welcomes nine professionals to its team
Pollen Consulting Group has over the past months welcome nine new consultants, lifting its headcount to over forty.
Owen Hennessy joined Pollen Consulting Group with a passion for manufacturing, engineering and asset management. With a Bachelors of Engineering and a Masters of Commerce from USYD, Owen has been working in manufacturing, engineering, product development and asset management for over 13 years. His experience spans across fast moving consumer goods, mining services, medical devices, and nuclear sites.
Marcos Oscherov gained experience in agriculture and manufacturing whilst studying Industrial Engineering in Argentina. He specialises in standardisation of processes, productivity improvements and quality control systems. At Pollen Consulting, he is excited to turbo-charge his career in Australia and expand his knowledge on lean management and manufacturing excellence.
Originally from Russia, Yury Tsepilov has a Master’s in Chemical Technology and Biotechnology and is experienced in operational excellence, continuous improvement and coaching. With a background in manufacturing, Yury worked as an operational improvement specialist in Russia before moving to Auckland in 2017. He has a passion for business improvement and people engagement.
Tom Lahogue joined Pollen Consulting with a background in procurement. With extensive knowledge of production principles, specifications and standards, he is comfortable working with every level of an organisation, developing key relationships with strategic partners. Tom has experience in both the aeronautical and the railway industry.
With a passion for continuous improvement and project management, Jon Engles possesses a Masters in Engineering and vast in the mining, facilities management, construction and fast moving consumer goods sectors. He looks forward to work on process-driven improvements initiatives, alongside the human factor to provide tangible change.
Vivian Chen joined Pollen Consulting from Toll Group, where she was a business analyst. She is enthusiastic about business analysis and process improvement, automation, robotic process improvement, mentoring & coaching. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Portuguese Studies and a Master’s degree in Accounting & Business Management.
Jack Ka Hei Pun joined Pollen Consulting with a background in chemical and process engineering. He enjoys investigating process variables and analysing manufacturing properties to add value to products, and demonstrates an innovative mindset and can-do attitude.
Originally from the South Coast, Charlie Wood completed a Bachelor of Mathematics & Finance at the University of Wollongong with first class honours. Prior to consulting, Charlie started his career as a Junior Derivatives Trader working as part of a team specialised in trading Japanese products. At Pollen, he will focus on clients in the fast moving consumer goods industry.
Terence Li joined Pollen Consulting having recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Commerce at the University of New South Wales, majoring in Business Analytics. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Aviation from UNSW. During his studies, Terence gained experience with consulting work and is excited to work with clients to add new perspectives and deliver tangible results.
