Jeanne Hii joins L.E.K. Consulting's financial services practice

Global strategy consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting hired a new senior member to its Australian ranks, welcoming Jeanne Hii as a Principal within its Financial Services practice.

Jeanne Hii brings over two decades of banking experience to L.E.K. Consulting, having held (executive) roles in strategy and operations at Commonwealth Bank, Macquarie, BankWest, Telstra and Heritage Bank. In her most recent role, she served as Head of Product at Heritage Bank, and previously she was and General Manager for Strategy at BankWest.

According to Simon York, Partner and Head of L.E.K. Consulting’s Financial Services practice, Jeanne’s experience in strategy, corporate development and the delivery of complex transformation will enhance the firm’s presence in Australia’s financial services consulting landscape.

“As we look to expand our capabilities, Jeanne brings a powerful combination of financial services experience with deep subject matter knowledge of strategy development and implementation, go-to-market channels and customer insights. We are very excited to welcome her to our practice,” said York.

Based out of L.E.K. Consulting’s Sydney office, Jeanne will help the firm’s clients across Asia Pacific (Jeanne has expertise in Asian markets) with addressing growth opportunities and challenges posed by the evolving market and regulatory environments.

Jeanne holds an MBA from AGSM and a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Western Australia. Prior to her spell in banking, she gained early career experience in mergers & acquisitions consulting at Big Four firm KPMG.
