Pyne & Partners launches in Brisbane, 4th office nationally
Government relations and public affairs advisory firm Pyne & Partners has expanded into Brisbane.
Founded in 2019 by the former minister for defence, Christopher Pyne, Adelaide-headquartered Pyne & Partners helps ministries, government organisations and political groups with national policy, public affairs, strategic communications, and engagement with the public service. The firm also serves a range of private sector businesses, with a focus on lobby and public affairs work.
Having previously opened for business in Canberra (2021) and Sydney (2022), Pyne & Partners has now also setup show in Brisbane.
Commenting on the firm’s 4th office nationally, chairman Pyne said: “We are committed to providing our clients with a national presence while continuing to offer the personal, hands-on support they have come to expect. The expansion of Pyne & Partners into the Queensland market will ensure our current clients in the area have local support.”
Leading the new office is senior associate Will Redmond, who has relocated from Canberra to Brisbane to take on his new challenge. “Will was one of our first employees when Pyne & Partners opened our Canberra office, and he has delivered outstanding outcomes for our clients,” said Pyne.
An expert in government relations and crisis communications, Redmond has been tasked with establishing the firm as a trusted advisor to clients in Brisbane and the surroundings.
Born and raised in Brisbane, Redmond is glad to be back where his career started. “I am thrilled to be back home leading Pyne & Partners here,” he said. “Bringing the Pyne & Partners expertise to the Brisbane market allows us to serve clients on a local level while leveraging our deep experiences in the national capital.”
“I am really looking forward to meeting with Queensland based businesses and support them with their engagements.”
