Trace hires four new members from large consultancies

Boutique supply chain advisory firm Trace has strengthened its team with four new members.

Anita Crowley and Adam Kidd have both been appointed a Senior Manager, joining from Accenture. Their move marks a sort of homecoming, re-uniting with Trace co-founders Shanaka Jayasinghe and Mathew Tolley – all four spent years at specialist supply chain consultancy GRA before the firm was snapped up by Accenture.

“It’s a happy reunion for us. We are excited to work with Anita and Adam again at Trace to help our clients achieve results and drive competitive advantage in their supply chains,” said partner Jayasinghe.

Crowley brings over 15 years of experience in supply chain strategy, process improvement, transport optimisation, scenario modelling, network design, and finance. Kidd has over 15 years of experience across supply chain & operations, project management, process improvement, change management, advanced planning system implementation.

Prajin Shah has joined as a Senior Consultant. He joins from EY, where he spent three years, gaining experience in risk, compliance, supply chain analysis and design. “We are excited to have Prajin join our team. he adds to our depth in supply chain operational excellence and brings a strong, pragmatic approach to supply chain sustainability,” said Emma Woodberry.

Justin Chan has meanwhile been appointed a Consultant, who spent the past two years with PwC in its Risk Advisory & Transformation practice. “We look forward to leveraging Justin’s expertise and fresh perspective as we help our clients navigate new horizons across supply chains,” said Kingston Yong.
