Bendelta adds employment advisory firm Workplace Research
Organisational design management consultancy Bendelta has welcomed employment advisory Workplace Research and its team of psychologists in Canberra.
The addition of the award-winning advisory, which has been in business for just shy of thirty years and will now be known as ‘Workplace Research powered by Bendelta’, close to doubles the firm’s on-the-ground presence in Canberra.
Established by Julie West in 1996, Workplace Research provides government and private sector clients with job analysis & design, sizing, organisational structure, recruitment, and performance management services among other specialities, backed by a strong focus on applied research and serious academic credentials in the field of psychology.
“Workplace Research has built an incredible reputation for their quality and expertise serving clients across Australia, and their work is seen as the highest standard in the market,” Bendelta said. “Their areas of expertise will be a great complement to our existing strengths in organisational design and people analytics and further enhance the benefits we create for clients.”
Notably, the majority of Workplace Research’s team of advisors hold doctorates, including West, who gained hers from Fordham University in New York after an earlier degree at ANU. She has also lectured in organisational psychology in both Australia and the US, and is a recipient of the Elton Mayo Award for her contribution to the field. She joins Bendelta as a principal consultant.
“Joining Bendelta brings opportunities and a broadening of services for all our clients, and we are happy to now be part of such an accomplished and well-regarded cadre of talented professionals,” West said. “We share strong values of professionalism and high-calibre service delivery, and will continue to deliver all of our services with pride and dedication as we have since 1996.”
Meanwhile, further boosting Bendelta’s capabilities in the nation’s capital is the recent recruitment of former Ernst & Young workforce advisory partner Sonia Sharp, who brings more than three decades worth of professional experience to the firm. “We are delighted to welcome one of Australia’s foremost workforce experts,” Bendelta said of Sharp.
