Argon & Co grows New Zealand presence with Intent Group deal
Argon & Co has expanded its team in Australia and New Zealand with the acquisition of Intent Group, in a move that lifts the size of its regional team to 100.
Founded in 2003, Intent Group is an Auckland-based operational improvement consultancy with a focus on manufacturing sectors. With expertise in supply chain, procurement, finance and shared services, the firm helps its clients raise their productivity and performance.
The bolt-on adds a team of around 20 consultants to Argon & Co’s business, and “turbo charges our growth in New Zealand with a complimentary skillset, great people, and leadership capabilities to accelerate our plans in New Zealand even further,” said Paul Eastwood, Managing Partner of the Argon & Co’s A/NZ division.
Chris Foord, an Associate Partner at Argon & Co, added, “This is an exciting next chapter for Argon & Co in New Zealand. Together our broad proposition and industry experience will provide on-the-ground capability and in-market expertise from local consultants offering even more value for our clients.”

Argon & Co first entered Australia and New Zealand through Crimson & Co, a firm which in 2018 merged with Argon Consulting to form Argon & Co. In the summer of this year, local player Pollen Consulting Group was fully integrated within Argon & Co.
