In 2022 Pollen Consulting Group joined Argon & Co, a global management consultancy that specialises in operations strategy and transformation. Since then, they have expanded their expertise by acquiring several additional businesses in logistics, procurement, and AI.

Together they have become market leaders in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) with consultants and offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Auckland, and Hamilton.

In 2025, Argon & Co secured significant investment funding from Bridgepoint Group and Carlyle, while existing investor Ardian reinvested additional funds. This investment will accelerate the company's growth in core markets and expand its sector coverage globally, with particular focus on the Asia-Pacific region. The Australian team has seen remarkable growth, expanding from 60 to 220 people in just 36 months to become Argon & Co's largest market outside of France.
