Business Aspect adds principals to Digital & ICT Advisory practice
Business Aspect has over the past period added three new principal consultants to its team nationally.
Vicky Andrews has joined in Brisbane, where she is a member of the Digital & ICT Advisory practice. She brings over 16 years of experience in managing IT change and transformation projects to the firm. Andrews previously worked at Telstra, rail-based freight operator Aurizon, and the Royal Australian Air Force, among others.
An experienced Enterprise Agile Coach, Andrews is experienced in both government and private environments, having served government agencies (including Defense), ASX companies, private enterprises, and not-for-profits.
Also a member of the Digital & ICT Advisory practice, Aniket Hivarekar operates out of the Perth office. He joined Business Aspect from Datacom, where he was a Senior Enterprise Architect, and before that, he spent over seven years in the IT department of construction and engineering group Monadelphous.
Hivarekar has over 15 years of experience working across information technology, digital advisory, cybersecurity, project delivery and technology operations. He holds several relevant industry relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CISM and Prince2.
Martin Steffens is based in Canberra, and has over 30 years of experience working with government agencies across management consulting, technology architecture, performance improvement, service management, and business transformation. He is part of the Digital & ICT Advisory practice.
Prior to joining Business Aspect, Steffens was a partner at Telstra Purple (Telstra’s 2,000-strong enterprise’s technology services unit) and earlier, he held several roles at Telstra, including in its internal consulting group. During his 15+ years in the consulting industry, Steffens worked for Synergy Group, EY, EDS, Capgemini, and Kapstone Consulting.
Business Aspect has around 80 employees and is led by Peter Jarrett. The firm is a division of Australian IT services company Data#3, which acquired the consultancy nine years ago.
Digital and ICT Advisory is one of the four practices of Business Aspect, the others being Transformation and Governance, Information and Analytics, and Cyber Security & Risk.
