Colleen Grady and Stephan Mang partner at Argon & Co
Global operations and supply chain consultancy Argon & Co has welcomed two new partners to its team in Australia: Colleen Grady and Stephan Mang.
Based in Argon & Co’s Sydney office, with a remit to serve the firm’s clients across the region, Colleen Grady brings a wealth of experience in the retail and fast moving consumer goods sector, gained both in consulting and industry.
After graduating from INSEAD with an MBA, Colleen started her career with Bain & Company and more recently was a partner at Partners in Performance. She also spent over a decade in industry, holding senior positions across household retail brands including Tesco, Woolworths and Metcash in the United Kingdom and Australia.
Commenting on her new role, Grady said: “I’m excited to bring Argon & Co’s manufacturing and supply chain insights to our clients and support them with transformations in automation, analytics and efficiency.”
Stephan Mang meanwhile has been promoted from within, having been the firm and predecessor Pollen Consulting Group for five years. Before that, he was a consultant at Strategy&, and held internal consultant roles at pharmaceutical group GlaxoSmithKline and chemical giant DuPont. Mang also held senior roles in industry.
Mang has over 20 years of experience, specialising in supply chain transformation, lean transformation, and process improvement. In his partner role, he has been tasked with further growing the firm’s manufacturing offering and the learning solutions business, Argon & Co Academy.
“I am delighted to have been promoted to partner and look forward to being part of the continued growth of the ANZ business, including the day-today leadership, growing the manufacturing offering and further developing our Academy,” said Mang, who also operates out of Sydney.
