Vincents adds eight new equity directors to leadership team

Australian professional services firm Vincents has announced a major boost to its leadership team, welcoming eight new Equity Directors across several practices and offices.
Jonathan Dooley, Executive Chair of Vincents, said that the intake of eight new equity leaders builds on the company’s strong performance in 2024, with revenue growth of 13% from FY23 to FY24. The company’s headcount also grew by double digits, lifting the team to 240+ staff across offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
Notably, the majority of the new Equity Directors are aged under 40 – according to Dooley a testament to the firm’s commitment to investing in its people. “These appointments highlight the firm’s pipeline of leadership and the opportunities available to high-performing professionals, no matter their age.”
Among the new Equity Directors are Alex Smith and Sam Heaney from the Business Advisory division, and Jarred Brooks and Kenneth Beanland from the Financial Advisory practice. The Restructuring & Recovery practice also saw two new Equity Directors appointed – Ashley Leslie and Henry McKenna – while Phil Ringuet and Mailene Wheeler are members of the Lending Solutions and Superannuation Advisory practices.
“These are all individuals who are highly valued by our clients for their strategic insights, innovative approaches and their commitment to strong leadership and guidance to our younger team members. Their unique perspectives play a pivotal role in our business and its success moving forward,” noted Dooley.
In 2024, Vincents celebrated its 35th anniversary and was named among Australia’s top consulting firms in an industry-wide benchmark.
