Seven new partners among KordaMentha’s mid-year senior promotions
Professional services firm KordaMentha has made eighteen mid-year partner and executive director promotions, lifting its overall partnership number now past 100 across the Asia Pacific.
That number includes seven new partners in Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Auckland and Singapore, spanning KordaMentha’s traditional restructuring division along with forensics, the public sector, major projects advisory, and implementation services.
“There’s no single path to becoming a partner or executive director at KordaMentha, but what these individuals have in common is a commitment to clients, great leadership, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves when it matters the most,” said co-founder and CEO Mark Korda. “Their promotions are thoroughly deserved and we’re proud to recognise their contribution to our firm.”

Emma Crivelli - Implementation Services, Melbourne
Emma has over 20 years of experience in compliance and risk and has been instrumental in growing the Financial Crime advisory team. She has helped develop and lead KordaMentha’s Implementation Services operations, including establishing the Swinburne University Financial Crime Lab and the Financial Crime Training Academy.
Jared Palandri – Restructuring, Perth
Jared has over 20 years combined in restructuring, valuations and in a work out team of an international financial institution. He aligns his objectives with stakeholders to achieve results for his clients and enjoys working hands on and closely with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Mayuri Kain – Public Sector Advisory, Canberra
Having worked both within the public sector, and advising public sector agencies for over two decades, Mayuri brings a unique lens to public policy and finance challenges. She is values-driven and understands how outcomes are achieved in government.
Poppy Potter – Forensic, Brisbane
Drawing on over 17 years’ experience in forensic and general accounting, Poppy assists clients with complex, high-stakes commercial disputes. She has assisted with independent expert work in Supreme Courts, the Federal Court and international arbitrations in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Tom Scott – Major Projects Advisory, Brisbane
Tom has extensive experience across project establishment and management, and design and construction management roles. Combined with his experience working in end-to-end lead project and construction management and project control roles means he brings valuable, well-rounded experience in strategic development, project management, design, delivery, and operations
Jing Wyllie – Forensic, Auckland
Jing has significant experience leading teams through transformation and remediation programmes. She gained nearly a decade of experience in the New Zealand Police specialising in intelligence, organised crime and financial crime. Jing has technical experience specialising in financial crime technology, data and is passionate about payments innovation.
Joshua Jeyaraj – Restructuring, Singapore
Joshua has been involved in various restructuring, performance improvement and insolvency activities in Singapore, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. He has extensive experience in designing short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts with a specific focus on distressed companies.
