Jon Chadwick and Guy Chandler expand KordaMentha’s energy capability
KordaMentha has announced the appointments of Jon Chadwick and Guy Chandler as partners in its Public Sector team, significantly strengthening its energy capability.
Mark Korda, Co-Founder and CEO of KordaMentha, said the appointments reflect a deliberate step in expanding the firm’s capability at a time of accelerating transformation across Australia’s energy sector.

Based in Melbourne, Chadwick works across generation, retail and market transition, supporting energy organisations in all segments to make clear, commercially sound decisions in an increasingly complex system. He has more than 25 years of consulting experience across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Throughout his career, Chadwick has led major programs that help large organisations adopt new ways of working, embrace emerging technologies and respond confidently to disruption.
Based in Brisbane, Chandler leads work across generation, transmission and distribution, with deep expertise in Queensland’s energy network landscape. He advises utilities, operators and government stakeholders on strategy, investment decisions and the network transformation required to deliver system‑wide change.
Chandler has more than 20 years of consulting experience helping organisations deliver strategic, operational and technology‑enabled transformation. He has led complex, large‑scale programs spanning strategy, operating models, digital transformation and regulatory business cases.
