Findex makes over 40 mid-year senior promotions across A/NZ

Accounting and advisory firm Findex has made a whopping 41 senior appointments and promotions from associate partner through to senior partner across 24 locations in Australia and New Zealand.

The huge number of new senior leaders and elevations – easily eclipsing the 33 of last year – include veteran Deloitte recruit Andrew Reid in Melbourne and Simon Warner and Toby Oakley of boutique Wakeful Partners in Adelaide, which appears to have joined the network.

Also among the mix are new senior partners Daniel Ellis in Perth, Nick Park in Sydney, Simon McGuirk in Melbourne, and Neil McLennan and Robert Carius in Brisbane, the latter pair who joined last year alongside new partner Heather Lougue via Findex’ acquisition of Carthills.

Findex noted that this year’s senior promotions and recruits span four divisions, six service lines, and 24 of its 90-odd locations across Australia and New Zealand, with the majority being elevated in regional centres – including four professionals across the ditch – and many of those serving their own original communities after having grown their careers at the firm.
