McGrathNicol appoints nine new directors across four offices

National advisory and restructuring consultancy McGrathNicol has appointed nine new directors across its offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

Founded in 2004, McGrathNicol is one of Australia’s larger homegrown specialist consultancies, dedicated to two lines of business: advisory (with a focus on governance, risk & compliance, business improvement, transactions and forensic) and restructuring (helping business in financial distress with turnarounds and transactions).

Led by a circa 50-strong partner team, McGrathNicol has around 350 employees operating across five offices.
