Argon & Co completes integration of Auckland-based Intent Group
Six months after joining Argon & Co, Intent Group has completed its integration into the global management consultancy.
In September last year, Argon & Co announced its acquisition of Intent Group, an Auckland-based operational improvement consultancy with a focus on manufacturing sectors. The deal added a 20-stromg team to Argon & Co’s footprint in the region.
Over the past months, teams of both firms worked on integrating the two businesses, and phasing out the Intent Group brand. Now concluded, “our teams now are in the mindset of one business,” said Paul Eastwood, ANZ Managing Partner at Argon & Co.
Chris Foord, an Associate Partner at Argon & Co in New Zealand, was one of the key members of the integration team. He said: “It has been a lot of fun getting to know the Intent Group team over the last five months and engaging both existing and new clients together to support them deliver. Together we are truly better.”

Across its offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland, Argon & Co has a team of over 100 consultants and staff.
