The Bridge International launches CX business label: CXO2
The Bridge International has launched a new business label dedicated to supporting customer experience transformations.
Branded as ‘CXO2’, which embodies the unit’s mission to “breathe new life into customer experience’, the practice will be led by Sara Elmstrom, who is flanked by a senior team with over 100 years of combined experience in the domain.
“It is no secret that customer experience is fast becoming the key battleground for competitive advantage,” said Stuart Blake, Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Bridge International. “We are therefore delighted to extend our services to clients with the CXO2 business.”
The CXO2 positions itself as an end-to-end partner in the CX space, working work side-by-side with leaders on all aspects of their CX transformation. “It starts in the boardroom, with strategy and with culture. From customer strategy to execution, operational health checks, journey design, channel optimisation, and culture and capability, CXO2 partners across the full journey,” said Elmstrom.
“Changing consumer expectations and the acceleration of emerging tech and AI is creating significant challenges (and opportunities) for CX across industries,” Elmstrom continued. “Our objective is to help our clients take their CX to the next level.”
