Findex appoints Kath Nell as chief people officer

National accounting and financial advisory firm Findex has appointed Kath Nell as its Chief People Officer.

Sydney-based Kath Nell brings over two decades of experience in the human resources industry across markets including Australia and the United States to Findex.

In her new role, she leads the full HR agenda of the 2,700 strong company, encompassing people strategy, culture, employee progression, recruitment and retention, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.

Prior to joining Findex, Nell worked for several large organisations including BlueScope, Campbell Soup Company and National Broadband Network.

“Kath is an experienced senior executive, and has a proven track record in human resources, organisational change and transformation. Her skillset is well matched to our people agenda,” said Spiro Paule, Chief Executive Officer at Findex.
