Argon & Co launches supply chain solutions implementation arm NEOS
Global consultancy firm Argon & Co has launched NEOS, a new practice that specialises in the implementation of supply chain solutions.
The new division will go to market as ‘NEOS by Argon & Co’ and operate alongside its traditional management consulting business, Argon & Co.
“NEOS by Argon & Co helps supply chain operations ‘get it right’ and deliver best-in-class technology solutions that deliver tangible business value through system integration excellence in market leading products,” explained Paul Eastwood, Managing Partner for Asia Pacific at Argon & Co.
NEOS has been concepted by the firm’s ANZ business, which has around 120 consultants and staff across offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland. In its early stages, NEOS will focus on two types of supply chain systems: warehouse management system (WMS) and advanced planning and scheduling (APS).
In the medium term, Argon & Co plans to expand its focus to also include other supply chain domains, such as transport, procure to pay, and manufacturing.
Eastwood said that by adding a dedicated software implementation business, Argon & Co will be better positioned to operate as an end-to-end supply chain partner for its clients. “We are committed to delivering unmatched value at every stage of the supply chain journey, from strategic planning and advisory services to seamless systems implementation and execution.”
Paul Roddis, partner at NEOS, added: “The combination of skills really does differentiate us as a full-service end to end supply chain provider. We can link strategy and business case co-creation with a client and deliver all the way down to technology software implementation, to where the rubber really does hit the road.”
Outside of the ANZ region, Argon & Co has offices in Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. The firm is backed by a French private equity group.
