Argon & Co launches training academy for ANZ clients
Argon & Co has launched an own Academy in Australia & New Zealand, kicking off with six programs in its curriculum with more to follow.
Specialising in operational excellence and lean ways of working, the Academy is dedicated to helping Argon & Co’s clients build the capabilities needed to drive performance improvement and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
With the launch of its Academy, Argon & Co extends its portfolio of services from advisory and implementation work to also include training services.
Paul Eastwood, Managing Partner at Argon & Co for Asia Pacific, said that the Academy builds on the firm’s longstanding track record of supporting knowledge transfer at its clients. “Cultivating a culture of continuous learning and growth is at the heart of Argon & Co. The Academy allows our clients to build and sustain improvements in their teams’ capabilities, giving them new skills to move their business forward.”
Among the programs offered at launch are Lean Logistics and Confident Frontline Leader, as well as programs geared at practitioners in specific industries such as Lean Manufacturing and Lean Retail.
In a statement on its website, Argon & Co said that its curriculum focuses on both hard and soft skills, to ensure that new ways of working are embedded within the organisation.
“Operational transformation goes beyond the realm of systems, processes and procedures; it extends to the heart of the workforce. Our approach encompasses not only the technical intricacies of the methodology but also the cultural shift required for lasting impact, enabling our clients to drive transformation from within. Likewise, our leadership training programs focus on providing the crucial soft skills essential for effective leadership, coaching and governance.”
Stephan Mang, Partner at Argon & Co and Academy service line lead, said: “By applying a positive, flexible and personalised approach, coupled with a willingness to challenge norms where necessary, we ensure widespread acceptance across all levels of organisations.”
The new arm comes a month after Argon & Co launched NEOS, a new label dedicated to the implementation of supply chain solutions.
